I hate how it's news that there will be a news announcement. Just announce the damn thing already.

I don't really think this counts as an "announcement of an announcement" since they were clearly telling us about the radio show and interview which quite frankly is news in itself. And I can clearly see why they can't post the things Hetfield will say before hand...

I really hope that somebody will be able to record this. By living in Europe I'm quite certain I abnegate my chances to catch this live. Looking forward to hearing about it though :)

When you get the same news over & over you tend to get cynical about about it. If you can't handle it, I suggest you find another board.

Whatever they say about it doesn't really matter, & in my experience (and that of many others here) how they describe a new album in pre-interviews is often wildly different from how it actually sounds.
